Agreement between User and FusionFilaments.com Welcome to FusionFilaments.com. The FusionFilaments.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Fusion Holdings LLC dba Fusion Filaments ("Fusion Filaments"). FusionFilaments.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of FusionFilaments.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

FusionFilaments.com is an E-Commerce Site.

Privacy Your use of FusionFilaments.com is subject to Fusion Filaments's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Electronic Communications Visiting FusionFilaments.com or sending emails to Fusion Filaments constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Your Account If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Fusion Filaments is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Fusion Filaments and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

Children Under Thirteen Fusion Filaments does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use FusionFilaments.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.

Cancellation/Refund Policy Fusion Filaments guarantees against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the original purchase date. If during the 30-day period you would like to return it for any other reason, the spool will be prorated. For any other reasons that this guarantee doesn't cover, please contact us. We are willing to work with our customers to make sure they are satisfied.

Items being returned must be re-packed to prevent damage during shipping. It is the sender's responsibility to pack these items properly.

Items that do NOT qualify for a return or refund:

Beta filaments / test filaments
Bags that lose vacuum
The product is too difficult to get working
Tangled filament, (we can help with this, please contact us)
Unexpected print quality, (we can help with this also, please contact us)
Using the wrong type of refillable spool on a new style refill coil
Reusing a spool on a refill coil from a previously used refill spool
If your package was not insured and went lost or was damaged by the shipper
Insufficient or incorrect shipping address resulting in return to sender
If the filament was respooled
Print appearance (shiny vs matte) unless specifically stated in the product listing
Items that are NOT insured are not covered for a refund if damaged / lost in shipping.

Insufficient or incorrect shipping address Fusion Filaments is not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses resulting in lost or otherwise undeliverable items. If a package is returned to sender, we will refuse delivery, resulting in the package going to the respective shipping reclamation center. If you feel there was an error during delivery, please contact us immediately.

Support Fusion Filaments does not offer support for 3D printers of any kind. Our filament is made to industry specifications and standards. We are not responsible for improper operation resulting in damage to user components or equipment.

The Linked Sites are not under the control of Fusion Filaments and Fusion Filaments is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Fusion Filaments is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Fusion Filaments of the site or any association with its operators.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Wisconsin in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.

Changes to Terms Fusion Filaments reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which FusionFilaments.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Fusion Filaments encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
